The figure said calmly:
"Then how do you think everything in this dream came into being?"
Lynn froze.
The figure paced.
"Everything came from his sleep-talk. Your friends, the people you've met, the things you've heard-all of them are illusions in his dream. Yet his will remains chaotic. He has formed no thoughts, so why does this world contain you, and all those countless things?"
Lynn opened his mouth, utterly at a loss for words.
The figure glanced sideways and said:

Lynn frowned, racking his brain.
Lynn knew that the figure really was teaching him now. But sometimes, it was like a university professor explaining calculus to a little girl who had only just started elementary school. It wasn't that his explanations weren't simple enough. Until you reached that level, no matter how much he explained, understanding would still be difficult.
It required experience, sufficient talent, and accumulated knowledge.
"How about giving me your memories?"
Lynn's eyes widened.

Lynn began offering terrible ideas.
The figure said quietly:
"Very well."
"Really?"
Lynn couldn't believe his ears.
The figure said quietly:
"If you wish to become me, that is indeed one way."
Lynn decisively rejected the suggestion. What a joke. He had no intention of becoming a poker face like that.
Memories shaped the will, so the figure might genuinely be telling the truth. If Lynn really acquired his memories of countless lifetimes, he might actually become him. Those memories carried far too much weight. Not just anyone could bear such vast experience-not even a Great Lord. Perhaps the instant Lynn received his
