The vast army of the Mechanical Race churned the skies over all of Curse City.
Compared with last time, the Mechanical Church had deployed on a far larger scale. The forces it had mustered made its determination to seize Colossus Tower unmistakable.
But that was precisely what worried Lynn.
The Flesh God Cult had long since made its preparations in secret. If it dared to fight a head-on battle, then it undoubtedly held powerful trump cards that gave it nothing to fear.

And this time, Sir Awen had come to purge the traitors from their ranks.
Lynn's gaze settled on Sir Awen's profile. He also vaguely sensed that Sir Awen might have other reasons for turning a blind eye to Miao Miao's presence.
Could it be?
Would the Plague Doctor who had brought such terrible suffering upon Miao Miao's family appear in Curse City too?
High in the sky.
Three enormous Black Inverted Pyramids slowly approached Curse City from three directions. Howling fighter aircraft and formations of heavy mechanical units filled the sky, completely encircling the city.
Boom-
Boom-
Countless Mechanical Pods poured out of the enormous Hive like a swarm of insects abandoning their nest, descending as densely as missiles into every district of Curse City.
Blue light flashed
