Soon.
After Lynn had harvested a hefty haul of Leviathan's flesh.
While Silver Fantasy and the Aberrant fought a cataclysmic battle in the corridor, Lynn stealthily flattened his enormous eyeball little by little, forcing himself through the gap.
"Sorry, Miss Machine Intelligence. I'll be slipping away first."
Lynn smiled in tribute and discreetly tucked a grenade into the mashed flesh at the bottom of the gap, leaving a gift for his outstanding teammate.
Click-
He pulled the pin.
Then, while all the Plague Doctors' attention was focused on the battle, Lynn quietly clung to the outer wall. Like writhing liquid, he merged back into Leviathan's fleshy walls.
Outside.
Sir Awen abruptly forced back the Mother Tree of Desire's attack, looked up, and said:
"There's still no sign of anything happening inside. I wonder how they're getting on. Once those Plague Doctors discover them, they'll definitely launch an all-out assault!"
The God of Ten Thousand Machines said calmly, "Don't worry. My daughter aside, that little brother of yours is so bizarre he even managed to hurt me. Do you really need to worry about his safety? As long as they work together, taking out that Plague Doctor won't be a problem."
Sir Awen paused. "But do you think they'll work together?"
The God of Ten Thousand Machines sneered. "What else would they do? If they didn't cooperate, would they be thinking about how to trip each other up when faced with mortal danger?"
"That little brother of yours might, but my daughter was raised right. She would never entertain such nasty thoughts."
But just as he finished speaking.
Boom-
An unimaginably deafening explosion erupted inside Leviathan.
The God of Ten Thousand Machines: "???"
Sir Awen: "???"
Meanwhile, inside Leviathan.
