Zuo Zuo exclaimed in shock, "So you sensed where they were right from the start?! You bastard!"
Holding down his hat, Lynn smiled mysteriously and strode toward the bus. "I told you I could smell their stink. Shouldn't I conserve my strength first? How am I supposed to have the energy to fight if I don't slack off a little?"
Almost at that very instant, Lynn raised the Revolver in his hand.

As the System Notifications sounded in his ears, Lynn's bullets punched through two tires on the distant bus, bursting them with a deafening bang.
Lynn could even see a passenger who had been trying to get off scramble back aboard in a panic, clutching their head.
With a click, Lynn smiled and put on his Night Doctor mask. As he walked, billowing white mist hissed out from both sides of the mask, swallowing his body almost instantly. The rapidly spreading mist soon obscured everything around the bus as well.
"What's going on?!"
In the back of the bus, five passengers abruptly furrowed their brows.
They looked nothing alike: two office workers, a student, and two people dressed like laborers. In a crowd, they would never have attracted the slightest attention.
But almost simultaneously, the office worker leading them reached inside his clothes and gripped a Black Star Pistol, his expression wary and grave.
They realized something was wrong.
"An eerie presence."
The female office worker beside him snapped her head around. Her ring finger trembled and hummed as though it had sensed something, and she said:
"Supernatural power. The one who fired just now might not be 'human.' Something has its sights on us!"
Almost instantly, the two laborers and the student all paled.
