Ch. 14Sakazuki Preparing to Detonate God Valley

Charlotte Linlin sacrificed the lifespans of pirates and marines to keep Kaido alive, triggering panic and a fight to escape aboard the remaining ships. Far beneath God Valley, Sakazuki gathered the underground magma and prepared it for a catastrophic eruption, waiting for a catalyst.

  • Charlotte Linlin used her Soul-Soul Fruit power to harvest the lifespans of pirates and marines and pour them into the dying Kaido.
  • Charlotte Linlin carried Kaido toward Rocks's ship, harvesting more lives as terrified survivors fled and slaughtered one another to board the remaining ships.
  • Sakazuki sensed the magma he had left inside Kaido erupt but continued toward the depths of God Valley.
  • Sakazuki reached the underground magma, gathered it with his power, and calmed its growing unrest.
  • Sakazuki said the magma still needed a catalyst, then surged upward toward the battle as the molten rock grew hotter.

Ch. 15Kaido's Burned-Out Organ

Shiki arrived to rescue the pirates escaping God Valley, while Charlotte Linlin emerged from Rocks's flagship and refused to join him. After learning Kaido's left lung had been destroyed by magma and could not regenerate, Linlin unleashed her killing intent against the Navy fleet.

  • The Buster Call Fleet opened fire on the escaping pirate ships, and Vice Admiral Morris organized the Navy after Shiki's sword slashes wrecked most of its warships.

  • Linlin summoned Zeus, darkened the sky with thunderclouds, and attacked the Buster Call Fleet with Fulgora.

Ch. 16The Super Battleship Beneath God Valley

The Marines and pirates clashed as Charlotte Linlin’s storm battered the Buster Call Fleet, but a master swordsman Vice Admiral split the thunderstorm before it could crush the ships. Meanwhile, Sakazuki prepared a magma eruption beneath God Valley and escaped toward the shore, leaving the island’s destruction—and the buried super battleship—to come.

  • The cursed-sword Elder noticed Roger’s actions, ordered Kong and Garp to occupy Rocks, and rushed toward the Palace with the burly Elder.
  • Roger sensed the battleship’s joy and history through the Voice of All Things, then discovered its weakest point.
  • The cursed-sword Elder tried to stop Roger, but Roger struck the battleship’s weak point with Divine Departure and was hurled into a wall by the Elder’s slash.
