Wu Haoqiang eyed the White Tiger Seal on Tang Yongjin's desk curiously and reached out to pick it up.

Ye Fan knocked Wu Haoqiang's hand away. "Kid, don't touch that thing."

Wu Haoqiang looked at Ye Fan in confusion. "Uncle, can't I touch it?"

"It's full of yin energy!" Ye Fan said.

Tang Yongjin froze for a moment, then caught on. "Young Master Ye, is there something wrong with this White Tiger Seal too?"

Ye Fan nodded. "Yes! This is probably the main source of the problem. There seems to be something inside it. I think you'd better get rid of this seal as soon as possible, Mr. Tang."

Tang Yongjin's expression grew grave. "I understand."

Seals symbolized power. Born in the Year of the Tiger, Tang Yongjin was particularly fond of this Tiger Descending the Mountain Seal and often picked it up to admire it in his spare time.

Now that Ye Fan had pointed out the problem with the seal, Tang Yongjin suddenly recalled that, although he liked the other items Ye Fan had singled out, he mostly left them sitting off to the side and only looked at them occasionally. This seal was different: he handled it often. Ever since he had acquired it, his health had deteriorated rapidly. He had consulted many doctors, but none could explain why.

"Young Master Ye, is this thing very dangerous?" Tang Yongjin asked cautiously.

Ye Fan smiled. "It's not as dangerous as you think. Just don't touch it directly."

Tang Yongjin showed Ye Fan around, and toward evening, he invited Ye Fan and Wu Haoqiang to dinner at the Imperial Kitchen.

The Imperial Kitchen was supposedly run by a descendant of an imperial chef, and its decor was exceptionally lavish. Getting a table was difficult, but arranging a private room was no trouble for someone of Tang Yongjin's standing.

Halfway through the meal, Tang Yongjin stepped outside to take a call.

"Dad, I had someone deal with the seal you told me about. When they smashed it open, there was hair and pitch-black liquid inside. It might be some kind of witchcraft curse. Dad, thank goodness we caught this early, or there would've been no end of trouble!" Tang Yunfei's voice was full of relief.

When Tang Yongjin had fallen ill recently, Tang Yunfei had been terribly anxious. He was still young and had yet to establish a firm footing. If anything happened to Tang Yongjin, he certainly would not be able to win over the old hands in the corporation.

"Dad, I remember it was Second Uncle who found that seal for you," Tang Yunfei muttered.

A few days earlier, Tang Yonghe had been stripped of all his positions, and Tang Yunfei had not understood why. His second uncle was obsessed with antiques, enjoyed collecting old objects, and always seemed very amiable. But with the discovery of the problem with the seal, Tang Yunfei suddenly felt that knowing someone's face did not mean knowing their heart.

After hearing Tang Yunfei's report, Tang Yongjin had even greater faith in Ye Fan. He gave Tang Yunfei a few instructions, then hung up.

At the Wu family's home.

"Dad, I'm back!" Wu Haoqiang climbed out of the luxury car, cheerfully hugging his Panda Plush.

"Where did you go?" Wu Sihan asked.

"We went to a huge house. On the way back, Uncle took me to win plushies again. He's amazing! He won every plushie in the arcade."

Wu Sihan was speechless. Winning plushies wasn't the point, was it?

"Did your uncle take you to the Tang Family Villa?" Wu Sihan asked.

Wu Haoqiang thought for a moment. "The Tang Family Villa? I don't know! Uncle took me to a big house!"

"That big house was the Tang Family Villa," Wu Sihan said helplessly.

Wu Haoqiang nodded. "Oh, then I guess that was it!"

Wu Sihan was speechless.

Getting acquainted with a real estate tycoon like Tang Yongjin was no easy task. Countless people had tried every possible approach without ever getting a foot in the door. His son was certainly fortunate, but unfortunately, the little rascal probably had not made much of an impression on Tang Yongjin...

"When your uncle takes you out to meet people from now on, behave yourself, all right?" Wu Sihan instructed.

Wu Haoqiang nodded. "I'm always well-behaved!"

"Your uncle didn't offend anyone, did he?" Wu Sihan asked.

"No! Those two guys were really nice to Uncle. One of them offered to give him something, but Uncle passed up all those antiques and took a piece of rotten wood instead. That boss gave me something good, though!" Wu Haoqiang said gleefully.

"What did he give you?" Wu Sihan asked curiously.

Wu Haoqiang fished a Golden Tiger out of his pocket. "Boss Tang gave it to me. He said we had a connection because we were both born in the Year of the Tiger."

Wu Sihan smiled. "Since Boss Tang gave it to you, take good care of it."

Wu Haoqiang nodded. "Okay."

Tang Ning felt pleased as she looked at the Golden Tiger in Wu Haoqiang's hand. Though a gold tiger was valuable, the money meant little to her. But since this one had been given to him by Tang Yongjin, its worth was an entirely different matter.

"Your cousin Ye Fan is really capable! But when did he become so capable?"

Wu Sihan shook his head. "I don't know either. He seems to have changed a lot since he was kicked out of the Ye Family. Still, it's just as well they kicked him out."

Ye Hongwen was an ungrateful bastard. He had married Wu Sihan's younger sister, yet still fooled around with other women. As for Ye Dinghong, that old man put profit above everything. Now that Ye Zhize had gotten involved with Liao Tingting, he wanted to join forces with the Liao Family and swallow up the Wu Family. Wasn't he afraid of choking on it?
