Qin Yuheng switched off the light and lay down beside him, noticeably closer this time. "Nian Nian, can I hold you?"
He had been so excited talking about dating that he had momentarily forgotten he was sick.
Now Yu Nian felt dizzy again. He leaned weakly against him. "I'm afraid you... won't be able to control yourself."
Qin Yuheng fell silent for a moment, then said through gritted teeth, "I can."
Sleep in his arms?
Yu Nian gave it a serious second of thought. Deep down, he really did want to cuddle with him. His boyfriend's arms were so warm, after all. But the thought of how big the risk was made him want to back out.
The risk, yes, was very big indeed.
"If you feel uncomfortable, you can push me away."
"All right, then."
With an air of great reluctance, Yu Nian grudgingly burrowed into his arms, still making excuses for himself. "I'm not the one who wants to cuddle, you know. But since you want it so badly, I'll let you hold me for a bit."
Qin Yuheng wrapped an arm around him and stroked the back of his head, indulging him without limit. "Mm, it's all my fault for insisting on holding you. Punish me by making me hold you a little longer, then."
Yu Nian bit his lip and chuckled softly. "How did I never notice how shameless you were?"
Qin Yuheng took his hand and pressed it to his own cheek. "Am I?"
Yu Nian pinched his cheek. "Very thick-skinned."
Qin Yuheng helpfully suggested, "You could kiss it. A few more kisses should thin it out."
Yu Nian gave a little huff. "No kisses. Let it stay thick."
He was still too embarrassed to kiss him outright. Qin Yuheng didn't push him, only chuckled
