• The Ghost Mist Commander blanketed the battlefield in fog that obscured vision and devoured Spiritual Power, forcing Su Miu to recall Ha Jirui and his unconscious summoned beasts.

After the Ancient Capital Cataclysm ended with fewer than a thousand deaths, Su Miu and his allies captured Salang, while news of the battle made him a celebrated hero. Gu Yuena carried an exhausted Su Miu off to a room, and Mu Ningxue tried to stop her but was shut out by a Spatial Barrier.

• Electrolux ended the fight by recalling the Corpse of the Mountain Peak and sending Mu Ningxue, Zhan Kong, and the others outside as the undead retreated.
• Salang revealed herself after Leng Qing, Gu Yuena, and Su Miu exposed her disguise; Su Miu, Gu Yuena, and Electrolux defeated and captured her.
• The Ancient Capital’s low casualty count, Su Miu’s feats, and the capture of Salang became major news, with the group sharing public credit while Su Miu took the resources.
