"How could you earn respect in the army by sneaking around and sapping people?" Yu Lin Bloodhawk broke into a sweat.
"Then what should I do?" Lirath Windrunner asked.
"An army stands firm and wins through surprise. That's how you fight a war, and that's how you become a general, too. Treat your brothers fairly and openly. Unless it's absolutely necessary, don't go knocking people out from behind. Otherwise, how will you earn respect in the army? Do you still want to become a general or not?" Yu Lin Bloodhawk suddenly rapped Lirath Windrunner on the head.
"Ow!" Lirath Windrunner clutched his aching head and darted aside, shouting, "Why did you hit me?"
"You're exactly who I meant to hit, brat. I already told you that Teacher Thirteen has no time. I have an important mission for him. Aren't you afraid you'll get in his way if you tag along? After all that, you still wouldn't get off the ship. Who else would I hit?" Yu Lin Bloodhawk scolded.
"Fine, I'll get off!" In a huff, Lirath Windrunner dashed off the ship, darted this way and that around the harbor, and vanished.
"Now the brat thinks he can hide?" Yu Lin Bloodhawk was both annoyed and amused.
With Lirath Windrunner's half-baked Stealth and Sprint, how could he possibly evade Yu Lin Bloodhawk if Yu Lin Bloodhawk really wanted to catch him? There simply was no need to catch him right now.
Yu Lin Bloodhawk turned and spotted Thirteen at the bow. "Thirteen, come here a moment."
Thirteen came over. "Master."
