So, to wipe out this Orc Wolf Rider Pathfinder Squad, the High Elves would have to send powerful attack units. They needed overwhelming numbers and strength to strike the scouts with thunderous force before they could react, then withdraw immediately. Only then would they achieve a greater deterrent effect.

"Choose ten High Rangers from the Frostwolf Rangers and send them over!" Sylvanas said. "They must wipe them out quickly, using their fastest and strongest attacks." After a moment's thought, she added, "Send ten gorilla Rangers with them as well. Remember, tell them to strike once and withdraw. They are not to engage the enemy's main vanguard force. Even if a few Orcs escape, that is acceptable. Under no circumstances are they to engage the Orcs Main Force."

"Yes! No engaging the enemy's main vanguard force." Having received her orders, the female Ranger quickly turned and left the command tent to relay them.

"Hmph! Five hundred meters? You think you're safe at five hundred meters?" Once the messenger had left, Sylvanas muttered coldly to herself in the command tent, "I'll make you all blind."

Sector Six was actually not very far from Sylvanas's current location, less than thirty kilometers away.

Cavalry could cover that distance in just half a day. But the Orcs had yet to discover where Sylvanas and her troops were, while the High Elves knew every movement of the combined Orc and Zul'Aman Troll army thanks to round-the-clock surveillance by their numerous Dragonhawk Riders, Gryphon Riders, and Owl Rangers.

They were now in the Southern Eversong Woods, where a fine rain had been falling for seven or eight days straight. Every road through the forest was muddy and difficult to travel. Even with cavalry, the Orc army would probably need nearly a full day to reach Sylvanas's position!
