It never would have occurred to him that the devastation at the docks was actually the work of Death Knights and Wolf Riders sent out to collect Soul Gem Fragments. Once they had finished killing and the Death Knights had gathered the Soul Gem Fragments, they had naturally left. Who would have had time to deal with the corpses?
But the scene was so horrific, and Yu Lin Bloodhawk was so afraid of dying, that he no longer felt safe. To him, so many dead meant that orc troops must be operating nearby. He sent most of the aircraft carrier's Gryphon Riders scouting in every direction to find out where the orcs were, how numerous they were, and whether there was a suitable place for the fleet to anchor.
Yu Lin Bloodhawk had already made up his mind. If there were too many orc troops nearby, he absolutely would not land here. He had only come to pick up some military merits, not fight a difficult battle. Going toe-to-toe with the orcs was something he would never do.
