This group of thirty-odd goblin mech pilots represented only some of those recruited through the missions posted in Stranglethorn Vale. They were also just the first batch to arrive; more goblin mech pilots would be transported over later.

Zul'Aman City had formidable defenses. Although only a small number of elite troll troops remained inside, those final defenders could fight from the city's sturdy fortifications. Without enough siege equipment, the high elves would still pay a considerable price for their assault.
This time, Yu Lin Bloodhawk wanted to see how many ballista shells Steven had made. He intended to send every completed shell to Sylvanas and Alleria in Quel'Thalas, however many there were, hoping to reduce high elf casualties as much as possible.
When Yu Lin Bloodhawk arrived, he first stopped by Christine's ballista factory. The Old Charlatan and the others were all there, still studying the magic circles on the wingblade wheelblades. They paid little attention to him, and he had the good sense not to disturb them.
His main reason for coming was to check on the order he had given during his previous visit, when he had told the factory to devote all its efforts to producing ordinary ballistas. He wanted to see how many the assembly-line factory had turned out in just over a month.
Yu Lin Bloodhawk walked around the ballista factory and counted the completed ordinary ballistas. In a little over a month, the factory had actually produced nearly
