Outside Wu Qi Lou
Cao Bing's expression was neither particularly good nor bad at the moment.
On the ninth floor of Wu Qi Lou, under the God King of Jin's threats and inducements, Cao Bing had ultimately sworn an oath. Once he reached the God King level, he would find a way to help the God King of Jin kill the three monarchs of the State of Food and avenge him.
Although he had received so many benefits from the God King of Jin, doing something for him was nothing much. But willingly offering help and being forced to swear an oath to avenge someone were ultimately two entirely different matters. It still left Cao Bing somewhat displeased.
Fortunately, after that, the God King of Jin gave Cao Bing a series of compensations, which improved his expression somewhat.
The first was the Wu Qi God that had appeared among the military merit personnel. The God King of Jin directly bestowed it upon Cao Bing.
This Wu Qi God was said to be the God King of Jin's proudest creation. It could be used by a single expert alone, and among single-user True God-level mechanical treasures, it was absolutely among the very finest—a mechanical treasure capable of unleashing the greatest combat power. Its only drawback was that it consumed divine power extremely quickly.
Cao Bing tested it out. Its power was indeed tremendous, but its consumption was equally immense. Even with Cao Bing's current divine power, he could not sustain it for long.
However, if Cao Bing used it after unleashing his super-limit burst, the Wu Qi God could fully produce an effect where one plus one exceeded two, elevating his combat power once more.
Cao Bing was quite satisfied with this.
The second was inheritances: the cultivation inheritances of the
