"Uncle Guan, I left some things in the cave. We need to go get them."
After putting away the Battle Boots, Cao Bing looked up and spoke to Guan Yong again.
"Let's get them together!" Guan Yong had already packed away all the stripped materials. Hearing that Cao Bing had left something behind, he agreed without much thought. Still, he was worried about Cao Bing, so he followed along.
Cao Bing's backpack had been tossed not far inside the cave. At their speed, they could make a round trip in a dozen seconds or so. The cave was simply too dark, leaving them with poor visibility.
"Uncle Guan, this thing is a little heavy."
When they reached the backpack, Guan Yong reached out to pick it up with one hand. Seeing that, Cao Bing hurriedly warned him. The Combat Suit inside weighed over ten thousand jin; even an Intermediate War General Level like Guan Yong might make a fool of himself.
"Heavy?"
Guan Yong paused and glanced at Cao Bing. Then he remembered the Battle Boots Cao Bing had found earlier and instantly understood. The hand reaching for the backpack suddenly exerted much more strength.
"This weight..."
Feeling the heaviness in his hand, Guan Yong was startled once again. If Cao Bing hadn't warned me, I really would have embarrassed myself.
"Little Cao, this thing?"
"It should be a set with the Battle Boots," Cao Bing said. There was no way to hide the backpack. It was far too heavy for Cao Bing to carry out of the cave on his own.
"Little Cao, I'll carry this."
Guan Yong nodded and did not ask any further questions.
"Thank you, Uncle Guan!"
Seeing Guan Yong act this way, Cao Bing finally relaxed. He did not explain much about the Combat Suit.
