Background / History

Qin Yu is Qin De's third son and the Third Young Master of the Zhendong Royal Mansion. Unable to cultivate internal energy, he devotes himself to external martial arts and longs to become strong enough to earn his father's recognition. His first master is Zhao Yunxing. Qin Yu's prospects change after Qin De introduces him to Cao Bing, who reveals that external martial arts are not a dead end. 27

While still young, Qin Yu creates the Big Dipper Moonlight Dance through his own talent; it contains the rudiments of Wind Intent. Cao Bing later becomes a close companion and cultivation partner, helping him develop his external martial arts and movement techniques. 44 400

After gaining strength, Qin Yu secretly acts as the assassin Meteor, targeting people he considers threats to Qin De during the rebellion against the Chu Kingdom. He collects the complete Tongtian Diagram, learns its rhythm from Cao Bing, and enters Leishan Residence with him.
