Ch. 104Perfection

Shi Yi mastered the Heaven Mending Technique, explored the Heaven Mending Sect Ruins, and followed fate’s guidance through the Ancient Sacred Academy in search of the Ancient Double-Pupil Woman. After months of cultivation and gathering treasures, he reached the pinnacle of the inscription realm and prepared to advance to the next realm.

  • Shi Yi tested the Heaven Mending Technique by restoring a severed stone pillar, then explored the Heaven Mending Sect Ruins and collected a furnace full of golden body liquid.
  • Shi Yi found the ancient path ended at the ruins and used the forbidden sea of bitterness to guide him onward in search of the Ancient Double-Pupil Woman.
  • Over three months, Shi Yi explored more than a dozen regions, gained powerful treasures and inheritances, and advanced to the late inscription realm.
  • Shi Yi consumed a pool of divine liquid and broke through to perfection in the inscription realm, inscribing patterns across his body and ten starry cave heavens.
  • Shi Yi continued cultivating with the forbidden sea’s power until karma, fate, and time patterns appeared throughout his body, bringing his inscription realm to its pinnacle.

Ch. 105Big Sister

Shi Yi reached the pinnacle of the Inscription Realm and followed fate into a misty Magic Array, where the Ancient Double-Pupil Woman saved him and welcomed him to her home. • Shi Yi showed her his Ten Cave Heavens and explained that the Forbidden Sea of Bitterness was a formless ocean of powers including time, fate, and karma.

Ch. 106Guarding the path

Shi Yi showed the Double Pupils Woman his Forbidden Sea of Bitterness, then persuaded her to guard his path in exchange for his promise to help her escape a future descent into darkness. After agreeing, she dismantled her hidden pure land and hurried with Shi Yi toward the Ancient Sacred Academy’s entrance as hostile remnants approached.

  • The Double Pupils Woman tried to see into Shi Yi’s Forbidden Sea of Bitterness, but tribulation punishment forced her to stop.
  • Shi Yi explained why he had become a target and asked the Double Pupils Woman to leave the Ancient Sacred Academy and protect him.

  • Shi Yi crushed a Purple Vine and used its pollen-derived substances with the power of karma to track the Spirit-Connecting Divine Flower.
  • Shi Yi found the flower drinking golden spring water beside the hidden pool and saw the tailless little golden dragon hiding behind cracks in the Immortal Spring Eye.

Ch. 110Death to Anyone Who Stands in My Way!

Shi Yi revealed overwhelming strength in the Hundred Broken Mountains, defeating the Divine Monkey King and slaughtering several Beast Kings as he reached for the Silver Peach Trees. Just as he moved to claim them, the ancient Pu Demon Tree’s charred staff emerged to confront him, while white fluff silently surrounded the settlement.

  • Shi Yi shattered the Divine Monkey King's golden spear with one palm strike and severely wounded him, shocking the natives and revealing himself to outside prodigies as Xuan Yi.

  • Shi Yi saw through the concealment of an old wolf king and a powerful magpie, killed them, and drove the remaining hidden Beast Kings to flee.
  • As Shi Yi reached for the four Silver Peach Trees, he sensed danger and withdrew when a mass of demonic light appeared, revealing a charred black staff; white fluff silently spread around the settlement.

Ch. 111The Pu Demon King

Ch. 112Six Paths Reincarnation Disk

Shi Yi fought the Remnant Thought of the Pu Demon King, but the enemy’s Reincarnation Disk fragments awakened when Shi Yi used the Six Paths of Reincarnation Heavenly Art and turned against their wielder. After the Reincarnation Disk spirit killed the Pu Demon King and pledged to serve Shi Yi, Shi Yi claimed the Pu Demon Tree Seed and stored it and the Immortal Corpse away.

  • Shi Yi used the Sect Master's Sword and Grass Character Sword Art to damage the Charred Staff, then tried to frighten the Remnant Thought of the Pu Demon King with a supposedly Immortal King-bestowed treasure.
  • The Remnant Thought of the Pu Demon King unleashed two fragments of the Reincarnation Disk, forcing Shi Yi to use the Six Paths of Reincarnation Heavenly Art to survive.
  • Shi Yi's heavenly art awakened the Reincarnation Disk's spirit, which took control of the fragments and destroyed the Pu Demon King's demonic light and Charred Staff.
  • The Reincarnation Disk recognized Shi Yi as a descendant of the Stone King and swore to serve him until he could protect himself.
  • Shi Yi discovered the Pu Demon King had been reduced to a Pu Demon Tree Seed, possessed it with his blood essence, and considered the possibility of claiming the giant's power.
  • Shi Yi stored the seed and the Immortal Corpse in the Reincarnation Disk's Chaos Space, and the two fragments imprinted themselves on his wrist.

Ch. 113Picking the Peaches

Shi Yi used the Six Paths Reincarnation Disk to hunt down the Pu Demon Tree’s last descendant, then claimed the final Silver Peach Tree and eliminated the Divine Monkey King and nearby Beast Kings. He subdued the Blue-Eyed Golden-Eyed Beast as his mount and reached the dead magpie’s cave, where he encountered a Heaven-Splitting Demon Butterfly he intended to subdue.

Ch. 117Departure

As the Heaven Mending Pavilion's Pure Land collapsed and the Divine Vine died, Shi Yi forced the Pavilion Master and several elders to escape rather than perish in the battle. Shi Yi's group broke out with survivors, while Ghost Master stayed behind to confront the Beast Venerables.

  • With the Divine Vine gravely wounded and enemies closing in, Shi Yi urged the Pavilion Master to escape, but the Pavilion Master refused to abandon his disciples.
  • Shi Yi killed the Kun Clan Chief with the Void War Halberd, seized a divine flag, and cleared a path through the opposing forces.

After months of seclusion and pill-assisted cultivation, he reached late-stage Array Formation and prepared to seek the Kunpeng Method in the soon-opening North Sea.

  • Shi Yi carried the Pavilion Master, Tao Ye, and rescued disciples away from the battlefield, and the Double Pupils Woman transported them to a hidden valley.
