After the regular meeting, night had already fallen.
As usual, the four members of the You Zui Hunting Team's Astronomy 08-1 squad gathered in a corner of the classroom for their own meeting. As the Hunting Team Captain, Zheng Qing had always chaired this informal gathering:

"You still can't tell us what you've been doing on Saturdays lately, can you?" Xiao Xiao adjusted his glasses and asked Zheng Qing in a soft voice.
Zheng Qing hesitated for a few seconds, then slowly shook his head. "Silent Contract."
His companions all looked unsurprised.
Xiao Xiao's hand, holding a Quill Pen, paused in midair. He added, "Even if you can't tell anyone else, you should leave a letter explaining where you're going... That way, if anything happens, at least we'll know where to
