Three wizards wearing Crow Masks sped down from the distant treetops and landed before the four Two-headed Ogres. Their fluttering cloaks sent up plumes of white-sand-like snow, half-concealing their figures.
The crows' cloaks were all woven from black feathers. The long, dark raven feathers were dense, docile, and distinct, standing in sharp contrast to this silver-clad world. Against the pristine snow, they looked like real Big Crows.
The one who spoke up to question them was a witch, issue number 05. She stood at the front of the three.
The Hooped-Head Ogre leading the four Ogres did not immediately answer her question. Instead, it slightly raised its chin and glanced at Crow Number 03 beside the witch, saying in surprise, "...I always thought the lower your issue number, the higher your rank. I didn't expect to be wrong."
