The Aiger Family had been raising fire dragons for more than five hundred years. The entire Dragon Hunting Ground was shrouded in an ancient, enormous Magic Barrier, preventing and driving away Muggles on one hand while keeping the fire dragons raised within from escaping on the other.
The stone tower atop the ridge was one of the entrances to the Dragon Hunting Ground.
The person receiving the You Zui Hunting Team was a burly Dragon Hunting Ground Tower Keeper. He wore a tattered black robe and a thick cloak tanned from Little Dragon Hide. His face was covered in heavy flesh, his eyes hidden in its folds, making his pupils almost impossible to see. His unkempt beard had been roughly trimmed, sticking out in every direction, somehow forming a strangely harmonious match with the flesh on his face.
In complete contrast to his appearance was the slightly fawning, slick tone he used when speaking.
"...Actually, this stone tower is only one of the entrances to the Aige Dragon Hunting Ground."
Leaning on a long wand, he led the way ahead while enthusiastically introducing the hunting ground to the Trident Sword agents.
"The Magic Barrier around the entire Dragon Hunting Ground is supported by eleven magic towers. Each tower is built atop an Earth Vein node, drawing upon the earth's energy to regulate the magical environment within the hunting ground... What you just saw was merely the portion of one magic tower revealed in reality.
...Those Muggles are usually very curious about this and that... As if they could not rest easy unless they understood everything. So they had only two attitudes toward the unknown: either they figured it out completely to satisfy their strange desire for control, or they failed to understand it completely and blindly worshipped it..."
