The opening ceremony proceeded smoothly.
There were no demon attacks, no Dark Wizards causing trouble, and even student conflicts were neatly suppressed before the guests. It was much the same as those dull, tedious ceremonies Wiland had attended before entering the Space.
Even though they had been mentally prepared for it,
the North American Team's veterans still found this almost "slice-of-life" mission deeply uncomfortable—not only because it did not match the difficulty level of an eighteen-person Space, but also because it completely clashed with the tone of the Main God Space.
"Is the opening ceremony over?"
Ivan, one of the veterans, shifted irritably in his seat. As a berserker, being made to sit obediently in a chair like a primary school student for several hours was truly difficult for him. This was probably the most dull and tedious mission he had experienced since entering the Space.

On the ceremonial platform, the young dean of Edge Academy had already vanished. The Dao Rhythm that had flowed through the air because of his blessing was gathering back into the depths of this world's sea of laws.
At the highest point of the main platform, the seats belonging to the university president and Vice Principals had become empty again—although the president's seat had remained empty all along, the university's Vice Principals had undeniably appeared earlier. Every one of them radiated the aura of a Legendary Wizard. The deans, vice deans, and senior professors of the other academies were also beginning to leave in twos and threes.
Above the arena, as the entrance stabilized, the Small World hidden within the mist had become clearly visible. It no longer needed the river descending from the sky
