The Yellow Calico Cat raised a paw and impatiently wiped the whiskers at the corner of its mouth, where a trace of beer foam still clung. Its amber eyes slanted toward the little white mouse on the table, its tone carrying its usual disdain. Hurry up and finish this second matter, then leave early! We were perfectly fine taking a break here, and now there's a rat like you on the table... The Rat Immortal held a wine cup that had shrunk until it was barely large enough for both its paws to cradle. It slowly took another sip, apparently long immune to the Flower Cat's cutting remarks.
The tip of its slender tail lightly tapped the tabletop, producing a nearly inaudible clicking sound.
