The borderlands between the Ji Character Mountain Range and the Geng Character Mountain Range.
It was completely different from most other regions of the Xuanhuang Small World.
Most of this world was utterly barren, with no vegetation and no natural life. Aside from the occasional spirit creature born from the lingering traces of Waghar's aura, there were only grayish-white rubble and Dragon Miasma seeping from cracks in the ground, mixed with Earth Qi and shimmering with faint silver light.
In this region, however, there was a "great lake."
Only, what lay in the lake was not ordinary water, but a strange substance formed after Waghar's fall, when its vast vital essence and part of its marrow essence escaped and mingled with water vapor from the Earth Vein before condensing. Under natural magic, it took on a warm and smooth milky-white hue. Its texture lay somewhere between liquid and gel, and it rested quietly in the lake with almost no fluidity, giving off a faint, pure spiritual glow.
The lake stretched for hundreds of miles in every direction.
It was one of the largest lakes in the entire small world.
A "Dragon Marrow River" wound out from the foot of the Geng Character Mountain Range, pouring the milky-white "Dragon Marrow" it had gathered bit by bit from far away into this great lake.
In a normal world, where there was water, there was life.
Although the water in Dragon Marrow Lake was not normal water, it was still full of vitality. Many spirit creatures hid in the lake. For instance, there were "Flowing Fireflies," nearly invisible to the naked eye, suspended in the gelatinous lake water of Dragon Marrow Lake like krill in the ocean. When they gathered in swarms, they gave Dragon Marrow Lake a faint silvery-white sheen, and they
