However, once they encountered some of the Primordial Royal Clans, they began suffering tremendous losses. Some even had their entire fleets annihilated.
The Ancient Race claimed to encompass the Primordial Myriad Races. Though that was an exaggeration, it still showed just how numerous they truly were.
The marquis-led forces of the Eternal Kingdom had stirred up dozens, even hundreds of races. Now that word had spread, almost all the Primordial Clans had mobilized. Ancestor Kings emerged one after another, hunting down the various fleets.
This immediately plunged the marquis-led forces of the Eternal Kingdom into the mire of the Primordial Myriad Races. Native Saint Beasts besieged them everywhere, leaving one powerful leader deathly pale and utterly bewildered.
"This ancient star may have immortal medicine and countless resources, but its natives are terrifying. They're all descendants of Demon Gods!"

The few surviving marquis-led forces fled in their spaceships, everyone aboard drained of color.
In the end, of the eighteen marquis-led forces that had embarked from the Eternal Kingdom to conquer the Big Dipper, only two or three fleets escaped complete annihilation. With great difficulty, they fled the Eastern Wasteland and entered the starry sky.
As for the other forces, the vast majority were wiped out by the combined might of the primordial races.
