New discoveries brought new inspiration.
Ever since Brad had gained the ability to communicate with the world of inspiration, he had found inexplicable ideas constantly popping into his head. His creative initiative could rival that of the elusive Batman Who Laughs, and now he could use those ideas for even more interesting experiments.
Over a decade ago, the Multiverse Justice League had taken in the Black Lantern Universe. The corrosion of the power of death had left that universe incapable of supporting any life, so after studying it for a while, they had marked it and left it alone.
Now, Brad had come to that universe.
The universe infused with information from Eastern mythology had given him an unprecedented inspiration.
Finding a meteorite in space, he hurled it at New Earth, using the impact to split off a new Black Lantern parallel universe. It was just as lifeless, saturated with the power of death.
Then Brad began extracting the information associated with the power of death.
It was a lengthy process, but the reality-altering ability he had obtained from Barbatos helped him accelerate the flow of time.
Next, he stripped out most of the information associated with DC from this parallel universe, then simulated the hundreds of millions of years of evolution leading to humanity on the Earth he had recreated.
The meteorite's devastating impact triggered a chain reaction on Earth. Volcanoes erupted and magma flowed everywhere, injecting a hellish vitality into this dead world.
Then Brad fabricated a comet laden with water and let Earth's gravity capture it.
Rain began to fall.
The magma cooled, enormous bodies of water gradually formed on Earth, and new oceans were born.
Through carefully calibrated applications of cosmic rays, solar ultraviolet radiation, lightning, and intense heat, small molecules in the oceans-amino acids, nucleotides,
