Brad smiled, casually rolled his neck, then interlaced his fingers and flexed them, making his joints crack.
"A divine body and a divine weapon, while I'm barehanded. Asking you to give up one of those isn't too much, is it?"
Thor staggered a few steps, clearly unaccustomed to such a frail body. After shooting Brad a vicious glare, he curled a finger, and Mjolnir flew back into his hand.
Brad raised an eyebrow, still issuing orders to Skynet in his mind.
Allocate ten percent of the Canada Supercomputer's capacity. Analyze Odin's blessing.
Beginning analysis of Odin's blessing. Progress: one percent... two percent... three percent...
Thor had no idea Brad was still working against him behind the scenes. Although his body had suddenly weakened, as long as Mjolnir remained in his hand, his confidence knew no bounds.
Still, he had to guard against another dirty trick.
Thor raised Mjolnir and leaped at him.
Unfortunately, his current speed was far too slow in Brad's eyes.
Brad stepped to the right, dodging Mjolnir's head-on strike, then drove a hook into Thor's waist. The powerful blow sent him flying.
Thor spat in midair and gave Mjolnir a slight swing, using the divine weapon to forcibly adjust his position. He spun once in the air, then slammed down onto the grass on one knee.
Brad was clearly dissatisfied with that result. It seemed that as long as Mjolnir's magic remained unblocked, Thor still retained a measure of fighting strength.
Just like the mortal superheroes who would wield Mjolnir in the future, he could still receive a physical boost to some degree.
Thor roared, but instead of closing in again, he raised Mjolnir and hurled it at Brad.
Blinding arcs of electricity wound around the hammer, which reached Brad almost instantly.
Mjolnir flew too
