Yapin licked his lips. He was standing in his assigned position, while ahead of him were the examinees who had surpassed him in the previous test. They were taking turns entering the pitch-black room one by one.
"You can't see anything in there. Isn't it a little too dark?" Yapin looked curiously at the entrance ahead.
He had never seen a room this dark. It was daytime, and the sun outside was still glaringly bright, yet the inside of the room was completely black. Nothing could be seen, as if it were the dead of night.
"That's the obstacle room. Want to hear about it?" A familiar voice spoke up. Yapin glanced over and saw the fat man who had tried to sell him something earlier standing in front of him. That guy had actually placed fourth?
That was pretty impressive. Yapin knew just how grueling the previous test had been. He had not expected this fat man to secure fourth place.
"No." Yapin smiled. He had no interest whatsoever in learning about that room. Besides, how did he know whether the fat man was telling the truth? If he was lying, wouldn't Yapin just be wasting money for nothing?
