The return journey was peaceful. Nothing happened, and everyone was busy doing their own thing.
Catching up on anime, playing games, looking up information, watching Cheng Tian, and so on...
Cheng Tian searched online for legends about Xerneas. He discovered that people in this world knew about as much about Xerneas as people did in the anime.
It resembled a deer, could bestow new life, and could live for 1,000 years in the form of a tree. It would appear when living beings suffered unnatural deaths on a massive scale. If its antlers shone with rainbow-colored light, that meant it had bestowed new life. Of course, like other Legendary Pokémon, very few people ever caught sight of it.
To his surprise, however, Xerneas did not inhabit any particular place. It had appeared in many different locations, with no fixed pattern.

If Xerneas had not been the Life God, with a divine office and only one of its kind in the world, Cheng Tian would have thought it had a whole population, too.
"Does it travel around the world maintaining balance, just like Suicune?" Cheng Tian nodded as he read. What he had not expected, however, was to find information about Xerneas's archenemy, Yveltal!
Yveltal was currently in its cocoon form, sleeping in the outskirts near India's capital.
The locals were terrified of the enormous cocoon, but they had no way to destroy it. The area within a three-kilometer radius had already become a realm of death, and any living creature that set foot there
