Unexpectedly, Steelix moved even faster than Cheng Tian and the others. His enormous body spun into a Gyro Ball and charged straight into the opposing lineup, scattering their formation.
Steelix was extremely displeased with their sneak attack on Mawile. Cheng Tian had at least issued an open, honorable challenge, while this white pig before him had launched a despicable ambush.
But Steelix was sent flying just as fast as he had charged in...
Greninja and the others quickly scattered, dodging Steelix as he hurtled backward. Then they turned their eyes toward the fellow in the center of the opposing team.
"Roar!!" Haxorus bellowed. This fellow had just punched Steelix, who was several times his size, clean away. The strength behind that blow was hard to imagine.
"Level 59... judging by this, he probably isn't far from level 60, is he?" Cheng Tian muttered. "So that's it. This is your trump card?"
He might have been adequate against a Steelix in the forties, but against Cheng Tian, he fell a little short.
That made sense, though. After all, Cheng Tian still looked a little wet behind the ears, so it was only natural for the other man to underestimate him. He did not have a system like Cheng Tian's, after all.
