"Ha!" Cheng Tian cried excitedly. "It's the Sinnoh Region!"
Most of the Sinnoh Region's routes lay on its main island. Like Mt. Silver, which connected Kanto and Johto, Mt. Coronet stood in the center of the Sinnoh Region, extending north and south and dividing the region into eastern and western halves.
There were places such as vast lakes and snowfields where one could experience nature's grandeur, as well as advanced cities lined with department stores and tall buildings. Unique scenery could be enjoyed here.
Compared to other regions, the terrain here was more rugged, with far more low ledges even along ordinary routes, making the landscape complicated.
Because the Sinnoh Region covered such a vast area, the entire region was divided into two parts by Mt. Coronet. Western Sinnoh had complex terrain. Its coastline was noticeably steeper and more rugged than the eastern coast, but its land was comparatively much more fertile. Most of its settlements were villages.
The area east of Mt. Coronet bustled with life and had all kinds of facilities. Unlike the eastern and western areas divided lengthwise by Mt. Coronet, the northern area was sparsely populated, with Snowpoint City its only major area. Perhaps because of the snow blowing down from Mt. Coronet's summit, the north was not only cold, but the journey northward was also extremely treacherous.
In short, all sorts of different scenery could be seen here.
Noivern stopped flying at high altitude and dove downward, beginning to descend. Cheng Tian's destination was very clear: Mt. Coronet, the mountain range on the enormous island ahead that divided the entire Sinnoh Region.
