Just as Swampert entered [Primal Reversion] mode and unleashed the full power of the earth and ocean, far away in the Eastern Hemisphere, deep in a dense jungle in an unknown land, a little creature stirred its ears. It had been curled up asleep on a fantasy crystal inside a hollow in a towering tree shrouded in swirling vapor and white mist, holding two precious orbs, one blue and one red.
"Mew?"
Mew opened its large eyes. Seeing the two treasures shining in its arms, it floated into the air in delight and spun around inside the hollow.
"Mew~~~!"
Suddenly, it stopped in mid-motion, gazing thoughtfully at the orbs in its arms...
Then the fantasy crystals throughout the hollow began to radiate gentle blue ripples of light, as though telling it something.
"Mew?"
"..."
"Mew~ mew~!"
Mew affectionately rubbed its little head against the edge of the hollow, then hugged the orbs to its chest. The next instant!
Hum!
Faint, waterlike ripples appeared in the air, and Mew vanished in an instant...
Back on Fakola Island!
Along the shore, one stretch was sharply divided, while another was alive with constant clashes.
