Until one day, a human tribe fled there after losing a war over territory.
Years of peace had made the Ninetales's already gentle nature even kinder. The Ninetales accepted these humans and allowed them to live at the foot of the mountain.
A long time passed. Humans and Pokémon helped one another, and life improved for both sides. Through the efforts of the Ninetales and the tribal chief, they formed an alliance.
