The Sinnoh League's Lily of the Valley Conference was held in mid-December!
It was one of the later Pokémon League Conferences held across the regions.
The conference took place on Lily of the Valley Island, an island east of the Sinnoh Region!
Like the Hoenn League's Ever Grande Conference, it was a grand event that young Trainers eagerly awaited!
Besides local Pokémon Trainers, any Trainer who had traveled through Sinnoh and successfully earned eight Gym Badges through Gym challenges was eligible to register.
As a result, whenever this time of year arrived, the normally quiet Lily of the Valley Island became bustling with activity.
The Sinnoh League's headquarters was also on Lily of the Valley Island.
It was an offshore island connected to the Sinnoh Continent by a long, narrow strip of land that rose above the sea.
This passage, riddled with caves, was Victory Road.
At the end of Victory Road stood an enormous waterfall, much like the one in Ever Grande City.
Unlike in the games, where reaching the island required a Pokémon that knew Waterfall, in reality there were Pokémon League buildings and a small marketplace at the end of Victory Road.
Pokémon Trainers carrying eight Gym Badges underwent a second registration and information check here, then took a Pokémon League-built elevator to the top of the waterfall to enter Lily of the Valley Island.
As for flying, it was prohibited here, just as it was in the Battle Zone.
An enormous castle-like building stood on Lily of the Valley Island: the headquarters of the Sinnoh Pokémon League.
Like Pokémon League facilities elsewhere, it had its own Pokémon Center and Pokémon Shop, while there were also independent Pokémon Centers in and around the marketplace at the end of Victory Road.
