Based on typing alone, Marowak had the advantage over Drapion, but the latter was slightly higher-leveled. The two Trainers also knew each other well, and Miss Siebold was probably a little stronger than Falgar. It would all come down to how they performed in battle.
Pokémon: Drapion, Lv. 58... Type: Poison + Dark... Ability: Battle Armor, protected by a tough shell that prevents opponents' attacks from landing critical hits... Moves...
Falgar made the first move again.
Drapion opened with Cross Poison to restrict Marowak's room to maneuver. Although Poison-type moves dealt only half damage to Marowak, every Cross Poison Drapion unleashed had a chance of poisoning its opponent.

Purple and pale yellow cross-shaped blades crisscrossed through the air, sealing off the surrounding space entirely. They left trails of razor-sharp energy as they surged toward Marowak!
That immediately dashed Marowak's hopes of using Dig again to evade them!
But even though Marowak wasn't a Pokémon she had raised herself, Miss Siebold's Marowak possessed exceptional close-combat talent and reflexes.
Bone Rush!
Pivoting around its own body, Marowak whirled its bone club into an impenetrable defense!
