A shrill collision rang across the entire battlefield, threatening to pierce everyone's eardrums. The violent explosion burst into dazzling bloom in the Courtyard like a firework, lighting up the moment before everyone's eyes!
Yet no one was in the mood to admire that dazzling sight.
What had happened on the battlefield was clearly a little different from what everyone had expected...
Stone Edge had successfully delayed Regirock's best opportunity to counterattack. Caught off guard, Regirock could not defend at full strength. How could a Crush Grip unleashed with just one hand possibly withstand the Sacred Sword Terrakion had delivered with every ounce of strength?
A dazzling, sacred white light descended from above. The enormous Sacred Sword slashed down ferociously, carrying unparalleled might and power.
In an instant, the two attacks collided with a thunderous crash. Before everyone's astonished eyes, the blade revealed its deadly edge, effortlessly severing Regirock's thick arm.
Then it pressed on without holding anything back!
Sacred Sword tore through the opponent's energy force field with unstoppable momentum, cleaving into Regirock's enormous body! Countless fragments of rock and clouds of dust flew into the air, raining down from the giant's body.
Regirock's thick right arm slammed heavily into the ground with a dull, thunderous crash.
"Clang!!!"
With that deafening crash, the ground shook violently, and billowing dust spread in every direction.
Amid the chaos, Regirock's arm sank deep into the ground, creating an enormous pit. Regirock, meanwhile, lost all balance under Terrakion's fierce assault and was finally knocked flat on the battlefield!
Rumble...
The relentless rumbling sounded as though a small mountain had collapsed. The entire battlefield, and even the whole Courtyard, shook continuously.
The raging winds and surging energy were swallowed by the dust, which also obscured everyone's view.
