This was a type of Binding Vow that strengthened a user's Cursed Technique by revealing its effects to someone else.
Chinatsu's domain had an exceptionally unusual mental effect. Once it struck, even if it only affected its target for the briefest instant, the scales of victory would still tip toward her.
Sukuna felt Chinatsu's domain power gradually encroaching on his own now that the balance within their domains had been broken. He gritted his teeth, then prepared to open his mouth and perform Cursed Technique Disclosure just as she had.

"Sukuna's domain is called [Malevolent Shrine]. Its complete slashing Cursed Technique is engraved within it. Once Domain Expansion is activated, everything other than the user is subjected to the two types of slashes, [Dismantle] and [Cleave], destroying everything nearby until nothing remains but a wasteland."
Chinatsu calmly recited the effects of Sukuna's domain. She had no need to speak quickly, because from her very first word, Sukuna understood that she already knew everything about his domain.
Cursed Technique Disclosure increased power.
The prerequisite for establishing this Binding Vow was that the other party did not already know what was about to be disclosed. After all, if they already knew, it would not be disclosure, merely an ordinary statement.
The power of Chinatsu's domain swept toward Sukuna. He had intended to use the effect of the Cursed Tool, Hiten, in his hand to swiftly retreat and escape the range of her Open Domain, but it was already too late.
