Choso was the eldest of the Death Painting Wombs.
He was one of the three special grade cursed wombs-the Death Painting Wombs-that Mahito had stolen from Jujutsu High's Cursed Object Vault during the Goodwill Event.
The other two stolen along with him were his younger brothers-Eso and Kechizu.
Under Kenjaku's arrangements, they had gained human bodies through incarnation, then stayed with him to help him with his work.
The Death Painting Wombs had been created 150 years ago by Kenjaku, the most evil sorcerer in history. During his experiments, Choso's human mother had endured torment and conceived the children of a cursed spirit. Nine pregnancies and nine abortions had left behind the fetuses known as the Death Painting Wombs.
As their mother's body had gradually weakened, each successive cursed womb had been weaker than the last. Only the first three possessed strength at special grade or above-the same three Mahito had stolen this time.
