The two Hokage moved incredibly fast. Only because Jiraiya and Hiruzen Sarutobi both possessed Kage-level strength could they make out the First and Second Hokage's movements at all.
But Hiruzen Sarutobi missed the two Hokage so much that he had even fallen into a daze.
"Teacher, even if their builds and appearances are exactly the same, those two are definitely not the First and Second Hokage."
Jiraiya spoke beside Hiruzen Sarutobi.
"I know!"
Hiruzen Sarutobi gathered his wits. The First Hokage charged up to him, and Jiraiya stepped ahead to intercept the First Hokage's attack.
Jiraiya drove the First Hokage back with three heavy punches in succession.
The Second Hokage ran along a roof beam, coming in from the flank to launch a surprise attack on the two.
But Hiruzen Sarutobi and Jiraiya's combat experience was no less than that of the First and Second Hokage. How could such a simple ambush catch them?
Hiruzen Sarutobi stayed close beside Jiraiya, swung his hand to catch the Second Hokage's incoming kick, and used its momentum to fling him twenty meters away.
"I'm going to attack!"
Hiruzen Sarutobi spoke.
Although he knew the two before him were not the real First and Second Hokage, he still wanted to warn them.
"Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet!"
With Hiruzen Sarutobi putting his full strength into it, a raging fire dragon lunged straight at the First and Second Hokage.
The overwhelming fire release bathed the entire Four Violet Flames Formation in red. An attack this powerful could have inflicted extensive damage on Konoha if it had not been contained inside the formation.
Hiruzen Sarutobi only used it because he knew how strong the Four Violet Flames Formation's barrier was. Otherwise, his fear of harming Konoha would have kept him from using such powerful ninjutsu.
