Lin Guang coaxed Kotori Itsuka out of commander mode for the hot spring trip, then helped the other girls with their ribbons before taking them to the night market. After the group returned home, the formations trapping the AST vanished, and Lin Guang later encountered an unusual girl while returning from grocery shopping.

• Lin Guang removed Kotori Itsuka's black ribbons and persuaded her to spend the day in little sister mode, then revealed he had replaced her spare black ribbons with white ones.
• Kotori Itsuka accepted the white ribbons and asked Lin Guang to tie her hair, while Tohka Yatogami, Yoshino, and Reine Murasame also received help with their ribbons.

Lin Guang met Kurumi Tokisaki, a Spirit who had sought him out, but Tohka Yatogami interrupted their walk before Kurumi could explain her request. After the Fraxinus identified Kurumi, Lin Guang returned to his leisurely routine and cooked dinner for the others.

After Kurumi Tokisaki tried to ambush Lin Guang, he used time travel to learn how events might unfold and began preparing to stop that future. The next day, Kurumi transferred into Shido Itsuka’s class and asked him to show her around, while Lin Guang started a strategy meeting in the Alternate Space.

• Kurumi Tokisaki visited Lin Guang at night, but he evaded her and recognized that the one before him was not the real Kurumi.
• Kurumi Tokisaki threatened to target Lin Guang’s younger brother before disappearing, and Lin Guang used time travel to learn what would happen without him.

Lin Guang assigned his allies roles in preparing to oppose DEM and preventing the Spirits’ fate, while Mana Ouma created a controlled Apocalypse that drew attention as a possible new Spirit. After the team’s first step, Lin Guang returned to the Itsuka Household to test his idea for improving Endlaves.

• Lin Guang gave Arisa Shūkyōin the Endlave blueprints and asked her to prepare research and materials while he considered combining stored Endlave components with elemental power.
• Shido Itsuka suggested a date to Kurumi Tokisaki, who accepted, as Mana Ouma unleashed purple light and music that produced crystals and a huge disturbance in the sky.

As Westcott investigated the crystals and planned to accelerate research on Nia Honjo, a white-haired figure with Byakugan watched Nia’s confinement facility.

Lin Guang sent Kotori Itsuka, Tohka Yatogami, and Shido Itsuka away before challenging Kurumi Tokisaki to a fight over whether she would let him seal her spirit power. Kurumi froze Lin Guang with Zafkiel’s Seventh Bullet, but he broke free, leaving her stunned.

• Mana Takamiya arrived on the rooftop and attacked Kurumi, but Lin Guang trapped her in a Space Barrier and warned her not to interfere.
• Kotori Itsuka restored Shido Itsuka’s spirit power, then took him and Tohka Yatogami back to Ratatoskr at Lin Guang’s request.
