Chiba Yo's reaction left Mirage stunned for a moment. It had intended to invoke Muzan's name and deliver a final threat before dying to frighten him, but instead of being scared, he had grown excited.
Before it could think any further or say anything else, Mirage suddenly felt Muzan's blood inside its head begin to surge.

The crimson Nichirin Blade swept through the enormous arm, severing it. Chiba Yo still intended to get some information out of the demon, but it was already too late. Mirage's head crumbled into ash along with the gigantic hand that had emerged from it.
Chiba Yo felt disappointed at the sight, but it also confirmed that Muzan had a way to control other demons. If they revealed anything about him, they would be silenced just like that.
It really won't be easy to find Muzan and destroy him...
