Zheng Chang'an gladly accepted the task.
"Sister Ning! Don't worry! I'll have the proposal ready tomorrow!"
"No rush! Take your time! Add your own ideas to my framework. The main thing is to make sure it fits current policies and the broader healthcare environment! Make it as detailed as possible!"
"Understood!"
Zheng Chang'an agreed without hesitation!
Then he leaned closer, barely concealing the excitement in his voice.
"Sister Ning! Give me the inside scoop. Has some hospital already picked you out? You're going straight into management after graduation, right? I asked Sister Mei and little Lan, but they wouldn't tell me anything!"
Song Ning turned to him and shook her head.
"No! I'm only in my first year!"
"Then isn't it a little early to be studying hospital administration? It's so detailed! So advanced, too! Anyone who didn't know better would think your family owned a hospital!"
"Detailed? It's still nowhere near enough!"
Song Ning picked up the notebook and flipped through it. "Most of this is just ideas and frameworks! Putting it into practice... would take a tremendous amount of work. Just drafting and refining all the rules and procedures would take an enormous amount of time!"
After a moment's thought, she added quietly, "You're right! Some of this work needs to be done in advance!"
Zheng Chang'an froze for a moment. When he spoke again, uncertainty crept into his voice.
"S-Sister Ning! You aren't... p-planning to open a clinic, are you?"
"No!"
"I thought not..."
Zheng Chang'an raised his sleeve and wiped the sweat from his temple...
"Opening a clinic these days isn't easy! The policies aren't clear! There are all kinds of restrictions! And it's hard to earn people's trust..."
"Oh! I just want to take over a hospital under contract!"
Song Ning said it so casually.
