Josen stopped Puri-Puri Prisoner with The World, then asked Saitama if he wanted to keep Rover as a pet. When Saitama declined because Rover was too large, Josen went to make the beast smaller and faced Rover as he woke and charged an energy blast.

Psykos fused with Orochi’s remaining flesh after glimpsing a mysterious cosmic sphere, gaining control of his body and resolving to devour the monster corpses. King emerged from underground and reunited with the heroes, while Josen redirected Rover’s energy blast through portals and struck the dog from behind.
