Inuyasha forced himself to endure the agonizing pain and slowly rose, his face deathly pale and his mouth full of blood.
"I'll give you one more chance. Draw Tessaiga."
Sesshomaru spoke coldly.
"What, do you want Tessaiga?"
Inuyasha suddenly smiled, took Tessaiga from his waist, and gripped it tightly as he said evenly:
"Too bad. Father left it to me."
Sesshomaru's gaze abruptly turned icy. He reached out, seized Inuyasha by the neck, and lifted him effortlessly.
"Do you really think I won't kill you?"
Sesshomaru's killing intent spilled out, weighing down the entire space and battering Inuyasha's mind and soul.
Inuyasha felt as though all his strength had been drained away. The force around his neck held him fast, leaving him unable to resist.
He was about to suffocate!
Tessaiga fell from his hand to the ground. His face was deathly pale, and his eyes seemed about to roll back into his head.
The presence of death made Inuyasha's soul tremble. At this moment of extreme danger, the demon blood within him erupted.
The power of his great yokai bloodline burst forth completely. Inuyasha's aura changed entirely, as though he had become a true yokai, without the slightest trace of human scent.
