Ch. 141Battle of the Ancestor Demons

Sesshomaru faced Blood Demon, who had awakened as an Ancestor Demon, but Mirror Demon, Shadow, and Lava soon joined the battle. As the Ancestor Demons’ powers shattered the King of the Underworld’s frozen domain, Sesshomaru retreated to the King’s corpse and found its freezing power protecting him.

  • Blood Demon drained Blood Eyes of his blood and challenged Sesshomaru, whose Bakusaiga strike Blood Demon shattered with a wave of his hand.
  • Mirror Demon appeared and blocked Blood Demon from absorbing the frozen domain’s blood, then exposed Shadow when she attacked him from concealment.
  • Lava burst from underground and attacked the other Ancestor Demons, igniting the frozen domain.
  • Mirror Demon, Shadow, and Blood Demon unleashed their domains and armies against Lava, and their clash destroyed the bodies of Guigu, Snow Emperor, Manten, and the other Greater Yokai.
  • Sesshomaru retreated to the King of the Underworld’s corpse, where the lingering freezing power protected him.
