When a Sharingan awakened into a Mangekyō Sharingan, it gained one or two special abilities. The Kamui awakened by Obito Uchiha ranked among the best of all known special abilities. After all, it dealt with space itself.

The instant Obito Uchiha used Kamui on himself, Chinatsu's Replication had locked firmly onto the ability.
Failing to keep Obito there was a shame, but at least she had managed to keep Kamui.
Chinatsu looked toward a corner of the open space within her Mansion. Her eyes shifted into their Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan form as she prepared to test the Kamui she had just replicated.
"Kamui!"
As Chinatsu focused her gaze, a clear spatial vortex appeared at the spot she targeted. This ability could transport an entire person, or target part of their body to produce a spatial severing effect.
But as she used Kamui, an intense sense of depletion suddenly washed over her. The spatial vortex stopped abruptly. Chinatsu swayed and dropped back into the Folding Chair with a clatter, covering the eye she had just used for Kamui with one hand.
"Isn't that a little too draining? I can understand a high-level ability like Kamui costing more, but aside from the massive drain, it feels like something's missing..."
Chinatsu sat in the Folding Chair, lost in thought. High consumption alone wasn't much of a problem. With Sage Mode, she could afford it.
