The Naruto Building.

Knock! Knock! Knock!

A series of knocks came from the door of the Naruto Office. Inside, Hiruzen Sarutobi hurriedly stuffed the sunflower seeds in his hand and the Peeping Crystal Ball on his desk into a drawer. Then he piled the completed and uncompleted paperwork together, putting on a convincing show of "Konoha is very, very busy" before opening his mouth to say, "Come in."

Yugito Nii entered from outside. The enormous piles of paperwork on the desk inevitably reminded her of the Raikage back home.

He barely had any paperwork, yet he still needed his aide to help handle it. In fact, his aide did most of the work. How could the gap between two Kage be so huge?

Far away in Kumogakure, the Raikage suddenly let out a mighty sneeze. The paperwork piled on his desk went flying through the office, and the aide beside him watched with a look of despair.

Aide: "Can I change jobs?"

Raikage: "Sorry, no."

Inside the Naruto Office, Hiruzen Sarutobi was initially startled to see that his visitor was Yugito Nii, but he regained his composure in less than two seconds.

After all, Chinatsu had given him far too many shocks. They had forged him a stout, unflappable heart in his old age. Never mind anyone else trying to scare him-even a shock delivered by Chinatsu herself could barely faze him anymore. At least, that was what Hiruzen Sarutobi thought every time, only for Chinatsu to scare him all over again...

"Ah, Yugito Nii. I only approved your application a few hours ago. You must have set off ahead of time. Still, I won't hold it against you. I hope you enjoy your stay in Konoha. We warmly welcome people like you who come here to foster relations."
