The one hovering above the Strong Acid World was neither Chinatsu, the Kaguya Jinchūriki, nor some illusory clone. It was Kaguya herself, in the flesh.
Even Kaguya did not know why she had left Chinatsu's body and gained a physical form, but a subtle connection still bound them. That connection told her she no longer needed to worry about Chinatsu.
"She really made me worry for nothing. Once I've dealt with them, I'll give that little girl a proper talking-to."
Hovering in midair, Kaguya looked down from above. Otsutsuki Shishiki's body lay submerged in the Strong Acid World's ocean of acid.
The acid in that ocean could corrode anything, and it was every bit as potent as Shishiki's Corrosive Blood.
After a few seconds of silence, Shishiki burst out of the acid ocean with a bang!!! The acid that corroded all things had not killed him, but not a trace of ease remained on his face.
Had he not turned his Corrosive Blood into armor beforehand and wrapped himself in it, constantly replenishing the blood as the acid rapidly ate it away to keep the acid from touching him, plunging into that ocean unprotected would have left him without a single bone.
His face looked somewhat bedraggled as he stared gravely at Kaguya Ōtsutsuki, who wore a relaxed expression before him.
Though she feared visitors from the Ōtsutsuki Main Family, Kaguya did not believe she would lose if there was only one of them and they fought one-on-one.
Kaguya fixed her Byakugan on Shishiki, unleashing a terrifying torrent of oppressive force. Having just skirted death's door, Shishiki gritted his teeth as he discovered a faint trace of fear welling up inside him.
This wasn't right. This absolutely wasn't right!
