Shimura Danzō was the first major obstacle in Chinatsu's plan. With him out of the way, her next enemy was the Akatsuki.
But honestly, when it came to what the Akatsuki... or rather, Nagato Uzumaki was doing... hmm... how should she put it?
Mercy would not give birth to peace. Those who knew nothing of pain would never understand what true peace was.
Ultimately, Nagato hoped to shoulder every sin himself, becoming a "god" whom the great nations would unite to oppose. He would use the power of the tailed beasts to create a "human nuclear bomb," suppressing everyone's desire to wage war through absolute terror.
Chinatsu considered it "a useful approach, but not the best solution." Nagato's actions could certainly unite the people of the shinobi world, but that peaceful world would be steeped in fear.
If only one country in the real world possessed nuclear weapons, and that country had no good intentions, could anyone feel safe in the resulting peace?
Of course, Nagato's philosophy had its merits. But Chinatsu was no politician, nor did she have Naruto's Talk no Jutsu. Still, she couldn't just stand by and watch this part of the original story unfold...
I have to do something. Change this part of the story...
After leaving Kakashi, Chinatsu thought about this the whole way home. Hard as she tried, to put it bluntly, even she didn't believe she could come up with a perfect idea.
Chinatsu: Political problems really are a pain. Talk no Jutsu is a pain too. I'll just use my righteous iron fists!
Just before returning to the Uchiha Residence, Chinatsu successfully devised plan A.
Plan A: find the Akatsuki as quickly as possible, strike at it from within, wait for the ideal opportunity, and hit Nagato with a **Socialist Humanitarian Revision
