Naruto grabbed Tsunade's hand. She had seen the eager look on Tsunade's face when she spotted the Gambling House crystal clear. Before coming here, Tsunade had even borrowed five million ryo from her. If Naruto let her go, she felt Tsunade would come back after losing every last bit of it.
"You brought a secretary with you, so there's nothing wrong with letting Tsunade serve as my secretary for a while, is there?"

Mabui followed closely behind him, though her expression turned somewhat subtle when she looked at Naruto. Naruto tugged Tsunade by the hand and forcibly dragged the unwilling woman inside.
"Raikage, how about Kumogakure and my Otogakure form an alliance?" Naruto sat in a chair and got straight to the point.
"An alliance?! Us, allies?!" The Raikage froze and looked at Naruto in astonishment. The war between Kumogakure and Otogakure had only just ended, yet Naruto was proposing an alliance. He found it unbelievable.
"What, would forming an alliance with my Otogakure somehow wrong Kumogakure? Or do you think Otogakure isn't qualified to be Kumogakure's ally?"
Naruto stared at the Raikage with a gloomy expression, giving off the feeling that she would turn hostile
