They were holding up photographs and questioning people on the street.
"It's fine. That photo's so blurry you can't even tell it's Mr. Louis." Lin lay languidly across the table, staring listlessly at the scene outside. "Mr. Louis is pretty good at counter-surveillance. Even when people saw him, he never let a camera catch his face."
"Then may I ask why you, Lin, the one responsible for gathering intelligence, lack the counter-surveillance awareness you ought to have?" Sante gritted his teeth, exasperated with her. "The other photo they're holding is perfectly clear!"
