At this point, cultivators' soul power increased, and their constitution improved as well.
Once the qi sea first took shape, cultivators' bodies became stronger, and their Nine Yang true qi could move at their command, serving either offense or defense.
Three, Nine Yang meridian fusion
As cultivation deepened, Nine Yang true qi began merging into the meridians, making them tougher and broader.
